The hotel is modern and the staff at the reception desk is very courteous. the location is particularly good, with close proximity to the metro station, making it easy to travel around Dubai. the tram stop and convenience store nearby are also convenient.

the view from my room's balcony was simply breathtaking. Waking up to that every morning was priceless! 👌🏼 and it was so convenient being right next to the metro station. Hotel staff, though, apologized, wrongly, for not having our reserved room.

It was in a central location, next to metro. The staff were more than helpful with any questions or requests. The breakfast was incredibly nice, so much to pick from.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event because it provides featured amenities including complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. The staff were extremely helpful in ensuring I had a smooth experience while using these amenities.

The only service I missed for my work was a designated meeting room or conference facility within the hotel premises, which would have made it more convenient for my networking event.

During my recent business trip to Dubai, my director selected the Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites for our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional facilities and services offered. The onsite Elixir Fitness Centre was a fantastic addition to my stay, with qualified fitness instructors on hand to provide personalized workout tips and tricks. The hotel's pool deck on level 8 also provided a wonderful space to unwind, complete with a kids' pool and a relaxing jacuzzi. In addition, access to the property's fitness center, sauna, outdoor pool, and spa further enhanced my satisfying stay. I particularly enjoyed relaxing at the full-service spa, where I indulged in rejuvenating massages and treatments.

Reception and in-room services were not up to par.

This was a really really nice stay during holidays. The staff was consistently courteous and check in was very early. Stayed in nicely furnished prestige suite with great views and microwave.

The new suites at Mercure Dubai are an absolute dream! The spacious living area is perfect for lounging around, and the bedroom's balcony offers stunning views that just make you want to stay in. The bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub feels like a little spa retreat, which I absolutely loved as a busy traveler in need of some R&R.

I found the dining and study space a bit cramped for my liking. But hey, that's just me!
